We were charged €124 for a scratch of approximately 2 cm, and we will attach a photo so others can judge whether this amount is justified.
The charge itself is not the main issue. We never refused to pay for the damage. What was unacceptable was the employee’s behavior. The moment he saw us scanning the Google QR code to leave a review, he became aggressive, angry, and confrontational.
As two women, we felt intimidated and extremely uncomfortable. No customer should be treated this way simply for wanting to leave honest feedback. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking and completely unacceptable. We will not be using this company again.

The services and cars were the best I have had in Greece! I was staying on the other side of the island and the lovely man drove the car out to me, handed me the key at the cafe - it was so convenient. Car was brand new and perfect for driving around the island, I felt very safe

Our experience with MilosRentCars by Unique was great from start to finish.
We decided to rent a car at the last minute in mid-May for 3 days, and the staff responded very quickly with clear information about pricing and available options. Everything was arranged smoothly on the same day.
In addition, the staff were very welcoming and provided us with valuable advice on driving carefully in certain areas, the best beaches and spots to visit, and great restaurants to try. They also advised us on additional insurance options to avoid paying extra if it was already covered by our credit card.

Good service. Efficient and no hassle. Easy drop off at airport in Milos with the guy waiting to check and retrieve. Excellent new fiat - perfect for Milos. Would definitely use this company again.

Really really bad experience！！ A woman hit our rental car and drove off, leaving what looked like a scratch on the paint. At first, the rental company told us we had to pay for the damage ourselves and gave us a ridiculous estimate of €620 just based on a photo.
Later, we realized most of it was actually just dirt/dust. We wiped it with a wet wipe, and suddenly the “damage” dropped to €186. It honestly felt like the staff were trying to mislead us the whole time.
When we questioned the original €620 quote, one of the employees told us to wait five minutes while they checked the security cameras. After making us wait about ten minutes, he came back saying the footage existed and they could help us sort it out — but only if we paid first, and they would “refund us the next day” if they found the woman responsible.
Later, we spoke to the hotel staff and found out they don’t even have permission to access the security footage themselves. So that explanation made no sense from the start.
The rental company also told us we weren’t allowed to drive away unless we paid immediately. We felt completely pressured into paying the €186 just so we could leave.
Afterwards, we went to the police station, but the police said they couldn’t open a case or access the footage because doing so would apparently be illegal unless the matter went to court. What’s confusing is: if nobody is allowed to access the footage, then what’s the point of having security cameras in the first place?
The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I respect local laws and procedures, but this situation was handled terribly from beginning to end. Out of all the rental companies I’ve used while traveling around the world, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We had a very pleasant and seamless experience with Unique, in Milos. Our hotel arranged the booking and the check-in process at the desk by the port was straightforward. The car was very clean and in great condition. It drove well and was perfect for the island’s terrain (not all paved). We were able to drop it off at the airport and our host was very contactable. All in all a very easy process compared to other rental companies!

What an amazing experience! Visiting Milos with a car was a must. MilosRentCars by Unique has the best price around and really friendly staff. George was great!
The car we got was the perfect size to ride around the island and it was quite easy to get around. Totally recommend! The best of the best.

Incredible experience and service!!!
We messaged on what’s app the night before arriving asking about a car and we promptly got an accomodating message back the same evening
On arrival to the shop the guys were friendly and very knowledgeable
They also recommended one of the best restaurants we had been to on our whole trip
The car was clean and worked well
We will definitely be back to Unique next time we are in Milos!!!

The best company to rent in Milo’s!
First of all we rent a brand new car that was so nice the guys there help us to booked a boat tour and the people who work there they can organize a private drive tour around Milos!

We rented a car with Unique July 2025. Check-in was easy - I booked online, the process was easy and fast. I admit I was a little hesitant walking by all the car rental places with long lines and Unique had none. I was proud to be supporting a locally owned small business.
We had a fun week, drove carefully (we have 2 small kids and the roads wind back and forth and are narrow), obeyed all the rules re sand, sunscreen, and were very respectful to this car. When we checked out, they dudes began examining our car and reviewing our initial ck in video. I had a bad feeling after 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, they found a tiny scrape on the plastic hub cap and demanded we pay $1000. My husband negotiated from their initial demand, down to $200. Unique called in additional guys, I lost my temper and yelled that this felt like a scam. My kids were shocked, they had never seen me lose my temper.
Our reservation with Kronos in Santorini was a 100% different and positive experience. I highly recommend that company on that island.

We rented an automatic Toyota Aygo through this place, the car was in great condition, and at a good price compared to other places.
Also, the guys gave us great recommendations for things to do in the island, would recommend.

5 Stars – Excellent Car Rental Experience!
We had a fantastic experience with this car rental company! The process was smooth from start to finish — quick pick-up, clean and well-maintained car, and no hidden fees. What really made the difference was the team: everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such warm and genuine service. Highly recommended and would definitely rent from them again!

We got a sweet and stylish convertible Toyota that ran so smooth across the beautiful island of Milos! It was easy to get around with this since it had some modern features and small size - perfect for the narrow Milos roads 😝
The staff were also a pleasure to speak with.

Great for a last minute rental! Beautiful new hybrid fiat 500 to boost around Milos and navigate the narrow and steep streets. The team were super helpful and allowed us to rent for a half day when other companies wouldn’t. No international drivers license required for a car.

Excellent and very friendly service, quick, efficient, informative and easy to deal with when booking. The car was delivered exactly on time, our valet Giorgos was very helpful, explained everything when he arrived, very patient and polite with our many questions about the car and the island. He also explained all the details regarding the paperwork when both dropping off the car as well as when collecting. He made this process very easy and very quick. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Entirely positive experience from start to finish. We would certainly use milosrentcars again.

Such a great experience! The entire process from reservation, to check out, to check in was smooth and seamless. The fiat we got was quite new and was just super cute and easy to drive around!!! Driving in a different country can be scary at times as you don’t know what to expect but the staff were friendly, helpful, and tell you what to look out for so you don’t incur any extra charges. Great service 😊
